i want to use the libraries for .. connecting my mobile and recieving SMS in windows ..
can anyone help me out .. my mobile do not support AT commands ..

I have just realized that the SVN server is not updaed like CVS server.
For example, the newest ChangeLog reference in the SVN server is:
0.6.25 (not yet released)
And the CVS one:
0.6.27 (not released yet)
