There is MMS support since 0.6.28

$ gnokii --help mms
GNOKII Version 0.6.30
MMS options:
         --getmms memory_type start [end] [{--mime|--pdu|--raw} file]
                [-d|--delete]
         --deletemms memory_type start [end]
