* What is it

Gnus-Harvest monitors all the e-mail you send, and collects the recipient
addresses into an SQLite database (along with the From address you used), and
the date when the address was harvested.

Later, if you use `message-x', you can have TAB completion make use of this
data to: complete against possible addresses and names you might want to send
to, and to auto-set the From header so it matches what you used the last time
you wrote that person.

I've been using this module for nearly a year now, and it has completely
replaced any need to establish definitive sources (such as an address book)
for addresses to complete against.  You'll find the harvester gets very good
at offering you the options you're most likely to want.

That said, you can also use a .mailrc file, or the BBDB, to provide "fixed"
completions, so a given word always completes to the same person.
