Added SUSE's zypper package manager to the top webpage
Recently an explanation of how to install Gnuastro's dependencies in
OpenSUSE/SUSE (using the `zypper' package mangaer) were added. But the fact
that the relevant command is available wasn't mentioned on the top
webpage. With this commit, it is added to the two top webpage (in French
and English).
