OK, this is recent.

Here's the problem right away:

Your GNUmed client is pointed at a *VERY* old database
(GNUmed 0.8 needs a v14 database). The following is a result
thereof:

You will need to either bootstrap a new database (if you
want to just start using GNUmed) or else upgrade your old
database to the v14 version (if there's old data in the v4
database you have which you need to keep).
