You are, again, seeing a very technical and very arcane error
message from deep down inside psycopg2/libpq:

> psycopg2.OperationalError: datos insuficientes en el mensaje «T»

only this time it happens somewhat later in the process and
relates to another part of the PostgreSQL wire protocol.

The most likely suspect is, again, psycopg2:

Please do try again with python3-psycopg2 v2.7 from buster
and report whether the same problem occurs. If not we need
to file a bug aginst psycopg2 on Debian/Testing+Unstable.

Can you tell us which PostgreSQL version is installed on
your computer ?
