[Gnumed-devel] cfg wrapper

Any thoughts about the attached wrapper for config file access ?

There's no transparent database access in there yet but it
gives you access to a default config file just by importing
the module.

This isn't in CVS yet so maybe people can give some comment
before it appears there.
