Actually, no, we just needed the decision whether it is
worthwhile to take the extra pain to further support the
status quo of not loading a patient at startup - and people
seem to think so. For now it's decided to startup with no
patient loaded. One could think of an option to allow for
loading a patient if the user so wishes.
