What about greping the sql statements from the database log and putting 
it in a sql
script to re-do the encounter .

Otherwise , I'm not sure. I specifically had entryEncounter with 
entryClinRootItem objects,
and I think I can't run encounter objects from healthSummary through 
save(Encounter) again.
