Hi all,
I like it, catmat, specially becouse is so fast and direct creating new
nodes. As improve proposal i would suggest, based in:
.there are some data that can be set and modified later, frequently
at the moment of creation:
*health issue:
.description: narrative
.is_active: boolean
.clinically_relevant: boolean
*episode:
.is_open: boolean
.narrative: narrative
*encounter:
.description: narrative
1. For every node, ir could be added an 'Edit XXX (struct item)',
popup menu item to allow narrative modification
2. For each node allowing boolean values, could be added a
checkeable pop-up menu item to allow changing its state.
...another option could be a small dialog, but don not sure if would
provide enough advantages...
Best regards,
carlos

I added this code to allow health issues and episodes to be added in
when using an EMRBrowser to view the patient.
(With episodes, the node label is put into a clin_narrative with
is_aoe = 't' and soap_cat = 'a' , so it's implying
that if a user adds an episode via the tree, he already has made an
assessment of the episode from this encounter
and that it is assessed as belonging to the health issue the episode
node is created under).
