Hi all !

GNUmed now supports the following:

* database logon banner

  - when a user logs on to a database a predefined message
    can optionally be displayed

* database schema verification

  - when a client connects to the database the schema is
    verified to be of a predefined structure
  - if this fails the client will refuse to run
  - this can be overridden by use of a command line option
    for testing/development

* no running as root

  - if the client detects it is run as user "root" it will
    refuse to start up
