Well, tetanus vaccine (Td, with diphtheria), would not be annual, but could qualify as indefinitely repeatable as it is *supposedly* to be given every 10 years, and may be given sooner (after >5 years if clinically warranted, though I must admit it must be 15+ years since I had it.
