Sure, if that suits your purpose ?

I would just ask you to not depend on a given primary key
for "oscar_demographic_no" but rather determine it at
runtime. It's guarantueed to be stable between dump/restore
only (IOW "pretty much stable for any given site" but not
across sites and possibly not across upgrades).
