I realized as much which is why I decided we need the other
view, too.

Well, that's going to be no different independently of the
above. There is, however, also a patient-usable view which
lists certain drugs more than once:
"drug-by-time-of-day"
morning
Metoprolol
...
noon
Omeprazol
...
evening
Metoprolol
...
