Hi,

I'm using archlinux on my EeePc with an Gnumed server and client running
on it! You have to do all the installation-stuff manually but it works
without hours of 'hacking'. I'm using this setup because I'm mostly not
in practice when seeing patients.

What doesn't work:

- openoffice integration other than reading documents (error in python
uno implemnteation of archlinux)
- calendar support (konsolekalendar missing and not enough diskspace for
the whole kde4 workplace (using e17)

This stuff is done at home with the netbook as Gnumed-Server in LAN and
a debian-based (testing) client with full calendar- and openoffice support.
