That is correct. For clinical *narrative* there simply
wasn't a way to do it from the client until recently. There
is not drop dead easy way now, either (for reasons of
repelling people from resorting to it too thoughtlessly)

There's a button.

If
        .is_life_long is false
                and
        (.started + .duration) < today

then it can be considered discontinued to the best
of our knowledge.

Not currently but at some point it could - at the client
level, certainly not the database.
