In the first case it helps to identify the drug (patients
can be on a combination drug containing X mg of substance Z
in the morning *and* on a single-substance drug containing Y
mg of substance Z in the evening) while in the second case
it refers to the substance within the drug.

Wait, we should reverse the brand / substance order in the
second table ;-)
