OK, I don't think it makes any more sense for me to comment
unless I can refer to a page detailing which term stands for
what exactly, just like we do for GNUmed :-(
Such a page FreeDiamsTerms could exist on the GNUmed wiki if
trivial creation is desired :-)
BTW: Nothing in the above yet said anything about
(fk_atc, language_code)
being unique ;-)
