Also, for any multi-provider praxis, it is really important to outfit both

        Inbox

and

        Waitlist

with on more filter:

        In-praxis primary

so that

(i) in the absence of a provider, another provider can check on ("cover") items 
that may need to be handled while the person is away and

(ii) so that any helper of a provider can more manageably "focus" (filter on) 
the work that they need to do for a particular provider

Can we in any way see if this can be a fairly high priority item? This will be 
critically important to anyone looking at GNUmed for >1 providers.
