I had success with

        Canada ... brand / vaccine 2011

Is there a bug that cause my v16 to be misrepresented as v0? Should the minimum 
versions for packs be set to v16 because even if the v15 tables were 
compatible, the associated client was not equipped to handle it.

Is there any way to be able to show that the client is busy with pack 
processing?

Maybe creating (beneath the widget label

        Data packs available for installation in this v0 database)

an "echo area" which can display a fixed line

        Selected: <data pack name>

below which updating lines:

        fetching ...
        attempting installation ...
        installation complete.
or      installation failed.

Should failure offer to identify and send a log to IT support?
