Hello,

to verify the decodings of the nmea2000 driver, i use a "second" gpsd on another port, and a second gpsmon. I observe a time difference between these two gpsmon's.

Tracking down this observation, i start a a gpsmon on the reference gpsd (working on a bluetooth SIRF III GlobatSat BT 338) and a second "gpsmon -n" connecting to the same gpsd.

These two gpsmon's show a time difference of of five seconds!

The gpsmon and gpsd a are build from HEAD of the git repository. The hardware is a netbook with an intel atom and ubuntu 10.04 as operating system.

I also what to note, that a few month ago, i can suspend this machine with gpsd and gpsmon running, wake them, switch the BT 338 on again, and the gpsmon starts to update the position again. With current builds, i have to restart the gpsmon, often twice, to get the gpsmon running again. But i am not sure, if this problem is introduced with updates of gpsd or with updates of the operating system.
