[gpsd-dev] New structure in gps.h

Hallo,

 

i have added the navdata_t structure to gps.h as agreed last year.

 

This should not break binary compatibility, as the data are "hidden" in the union by other longer structures.

 

I have added a version field, to be able to add more fields to navdata_t later.
