Thank you very much for this bug report!
Fix, and new this for this bug, pushed to git head.
Luckily it only affected one regression test.
Now I'll look for other places in the code with similar structure.
Luckily timeval and timespec do not have this problem. So another
reason to move from timestamp_t to timespec.
