Hi gpsd people,

I've been working on a Linux Debian system.
I can't get anything from BCM4752 using serial port.
Does gpsd support Broadcom BCM4752?

Thank you and best regards!

A little research suggests the answer is no. It would appear that that
chip requires a proprietary driver and a startup command. A quick look
in the test/daemon directory finds no logs from Broadcom hardware of
any sort. There was [1] a previous discussion about this back in May
2016 which sputtered to a stop after covering these points.

Also, it was replaced by the bcm4774 [2]. Now with even more vendor lock-in.
