Issue #55 has been nagging me all year, I think it is finally handled.
That was annoying to fix, but it should not affect non PASSTHROUGH
users. I expect with PASSTHROUGH working better that more bugs in that
code will eventually appear, but I'll not go looking for them.
Fred Wright has whipped 386 and BSD into shape.
James has got the Python FFI working, last call on those changes.
Lots of random things fixed by many.
A few more things to look at on the Issues queue.
Not yet last call before release, but soon I hope.
Please test! 3.21 may be close.
