Good news.  Better your mistake than mine.  :-)

I'm guessing you have not rebooted the machine after rebuilding.  The
shared memory segment between gpsd and clients got bigger:

gpsd:ERROR: SHM: shmget(0x47505344, 31784, 0666) SHM export failed: Invalid 
argument(22)

That has always seemed weird to me.

Otherwise, that looks good to me.

Why are you running ntpdatr AND chronyd?

Still the two versions of gpsd installed, and the EOL Python 3.19

Only if you want to use any gpsd python clients.
