groff(7): Make style fixes to Unicode section.
* Tighten wording.
* Write small quantities in running prose as words, not numerals.
* Use a more conventional term for indicating an immediately-following
example.
* Suppress inter-sentence spacing after "e.g.".
* Fix comma splice.
* Generally make the language more idiomatic.
