doc/groff.texi: Fix style nits.
* Fix missing word.
* Tweak for clarity.
* Drop word "given" with respect to input traps. As recently noted,
whether control lines increment the input trap line counter depends on
whether they produce formatted output (and for the `itc` request,
whether they're "continued" with the `\c` escape sequence).
