[groff] 06/21: grolj4(1), grops(1): Reduce duplicated content.

    grolj4(1), grops(1): Reduce duplicated content.
    
    These programs don't do anything at all, themselves, with the files in
    their "generate" directories.  Those files are used only by the programs
    that produce font description files for these output drivers.  Remove
    material they don't need from "Files" sections.
    
    Also add cross reference to hpftodit(1) in grolj4(1).
