    [mm]: Fix documentation nits.
    
    * README: Expand DWB abbreviation.  Drop long-dead URL to contributor's
      site.  Drop reference to obsolete pre-Automake build infrastructure.
      Fix English grammar.
    * m.tmac: Update comment; this is Free Software--we get to share.  ;-)
