CVS write access for Thien-Thi Nguyen and Martin Grabmueller?

ttn sent a patch to improve the test base (since incorporated by Dirk)
and other smaller patches.  he also maintains (pretty actively and
responsively) the project DB and the FAQ.

Martin has done lots of documentation work lately.

I figure that people who are willing to do such "unglamorous" work
need to be encouraged in every way possible.  there's also the
practical consideration that Guile is mostly worked on by very busy
people -- while Dirk has been very responsive lately wrt applying the
patches (thanks Dirk!), that is not something that can be always
counted on.
