LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 11, 2005 -- Jupiter Global Holdings, Corp. ("JUPITER" or the "Company") (OTC BB:JPHC.OB - News) today announces Promo Staffing.com LLC ("Promo Staffing") is currently providing staffing services for a sampling campaign in the South Florida region for the liquor distributor Boisset America (www.boissetamerica.com).

The Company signed a Definitive Agreement executing the acquisition of Promo Staffing on January 25, 2005. The Closing is planned for April 18, 2005.

Promo Staffing generates revenue on an hourly billing basis. Upon the filing of Promo Staffing's audited financial statements, the Company will shortly thereafter provide an analysis of the promotional marketing industry along with Promo Staffing's business model and earning potential.
