It worked to a point but was incomplete.
What I really wanted to do, though, was feed interactive layout engines
from guile, so I made a patch for
Dunnart(https://github.com/mjwybrow/dunnart/) to provide an embedded
guile interpreter. That was pretty nice(I'll have to push a branch for it)
