guile API alists collected

folks,

under http://www.glug.org/snap/ there is now the detail "API-alists",
which points to a dir w/ contents:

unfortunately, guile-scripts/scan-api loses for 1.3.4 Scheme elements,
although C is fine.  for 1.3.4 and 1.4, i used a modified pre-inst-guile
w/ vars `top_srcdir' and `top_builddir' set to the build directory.  the
latter three point to nightly-updated cvs trees (all under snap/); they
may change from time to time.

the builds were done w/ "configure --with-threads".
