`git describe`
v0.16.0-4215-g1aa662b309
Following the instructions in "3.9 Building the Installation Image" of
the manual, I can create an iso with this command:
`guix system disk-image --file-system-type=iso9660 gnu/system/install.scm`
After booting the iso I see:
* Grub welcome message
* Grub menu with one option
* blinking underscore with no prompt
Once the blinking underscore starts nothing else happens and it does not
respond to keyboard input.
I created the iso on a x86_64 Guix System.
I am trying to use the iso to install Guix System on a i686 computer.
It is nice that Guix System can run on i686.
I think I may need a flag or argument for the above command that to
create an iso for i686. However looking at "8.14 Invoking ‘guix
system’" and "8.14 Invoking ‘guix system’" of the manual it is not clear
what it would be.
