(A couple of years later...)

Has anyone worked on this or used it in recent times?  The above link no
longer works.  However I see:

  https://gitlab.com/genenetwork/guix-bioinformatics/-/tree/wip-mailman

... which hasn't seen activity for about a year, but seems promising?
