I know about that feature, what I was describing was an interface where
you could see a vote count. And, in the same way we have a "Forgotten
issues" section in the tracker[1], we could have a "High request"
issues. As far as I know, right know the most similar thing we have is
that someone can mark a bug as priority, but this only show the opinion
of 1 person.
I believe the community would benefit from easy ways of participation,
such as a voting system, one that would show that the interests of the
community are represented, get attention and are prioritized.
