There are 2 concepts.
Guix is a package manager, that can be used on top of an existing
GNU/Linux distribution.
The full Guix System is a complete GNU/Linux distro, based on the Guix
package manager.

The Guix package management system could be easy to use for users, and could be

way to distribute Info manuals, on top of all GNU/Linux distributions.
