[bug#61365] [PATCH] gnu: dino: Update to 0.4.0.

Hi Parnikkapore,

I tried running dino 0.4.0 on my Librem 5 (via guix copy).
It crashes directly:
libGLESv2.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

dino@0.3.1 does run fine on the Librem 5. I'm not sure if this is a
problem of the package or rather of the Librem 5 with PureOS on it and
maybe too weak hardware.
