OK. The three outputs are now "out", "gui" and "opengl".

A good reason for separating them is output size (with dependencies):

out:     72.7 MiB
gui:     82.1 MiB
opengl: 416.8 MiB

For software aiming at minimalism, that looks important enough to me. In
particular when using "guix pack" to deploy on small machines.
