[Gzz] HTTP-Kit patch (fixes problems with HTTP/1.1 serving)

The attached patch fixes rather bizarre behaviour by HTTP-Kit when
responding to a HTTP/1.1 keepalive requests.  (Actually, the problem
existed in all situations but only keepalive made it apparent.)

The patch also adds a debugging aid (dumping everything the message
sends to the network to stdout if dbg is on).

Since I do not have commit privs in Storm and the new HTTP-Kit Savannah
project remains unapproved, please apply this patch.
