i am the user in this case - it would make it easy to install,
for anyone working on the client

webserver packages are common, even debian-based systems - they
are the essence of freedombox - on servers and most arch-like
systems, there is not likely to be any such "end-user" (or GUI)
- the user(s) are likely to be the sysadmins, developers, or
tech-savvy tinkerers of some sort

it is the recipe for making a debian package, used by the
standard packaging tools - it is what the distro package
maintainer would want to keep under VCS, distinct from the
upstream sources
