[H-source-users] Cannot create a h node account possible bug.

As of 6/2/2022 I cannot create a account for https://h-node.org/users/add/en
I am trying to make a wiki about the hp 400-434 since excluding the bios
the rest of the hardware with baytrail graphics runs well on Trisquel OS. I
also found that intel me can be almost completely disabled using me_cleaner
as well, I am trying to contribute toward the free software foundation and
list this machine's faults and not faults so corporations with these trying
to switch to all free software can know any shortcomings. The same goes for
everyday people or business wanting to do the same as well.
