I forgot to mention, if only the string "atient" were just the next
after the string "P", one could easily guess that it is just "Patient".
But no, both slices can be many strings apart in the POT / PO file.
I wish this were an isolated case, but isn't.
I don't want to waste your time; my aim is to improve translators' lifes
and provide a robust final product if at all possible.
