[Health] Portuguese language setup

Gentlemen,
I have the GNU Health system installed and running fine (english and 
spanish). I found on it some languages, installed by default, except 
portuguese, which is the one I need for my Hospital.
Now I want add the portuguese language translation on it. One can help 
me with a kind of step-by-step instruction on how to setup the pt language?
I've downloaded all the *_pt_BR.po files from Transifex.
In my Country we speak portuguese.
Second question: Is it possible to add the pt language in the demo 
version? Doing that can help us to use the online demo for training also.
