[Health] Patient Evaluation - Can't enter physician

First - GNU health looks very very very interesting. I am just becoming 
acquainted with it...

I created a testing database for myself and I find that I cannot create 
a new 'evaluation'. the reason for this is that i cannot make an entry 
in the 'doctor' field. i have created two physicians in my test database 
(as far as i can tell i did it ok, they show up in the menu 
Health>Configuration>Health Professionals). but the 'doctor' field 
remains greyed out and when i type or try to click the F2 open a record, 
no response from the system.

I have the same problem actually to write a prescription, which I 
presume has the same cause.
