As you said, the stock move is generated when the rounding is done. So
they are two different documents, although related. One is the med plan
created by the health professional, and the other is the process itself
of providing those meds and procedures.

It's recorded at the moment that he or she closes the rounding. At that
moment, the record becomes read-only and the health professional name
shows at the bottom of the rounding form, and at the tree view.
