Yes. This week I should be able to upload the initial script for the
cron job to the development server.

I am not sure I understand your question.

Thalamus server processes all the requests (POST, PATCH, GET....)
coming from the nodes.

The GH Federation Portal connects to Thalamus in realtime. Its
behaviour is a bit different that the other nodes. The nodes can work
disconnected from the network and from thalamus and send the data at a
later time.

In the GH Portal, data is immediately sent to the thalamus -> HIS
and it's available to all the nodes.
