[Health] 02 July: openSUSE Leap 15.2 with GNU Health and Orthanc

Dear all,

on 02 July the openSUSE Community will release Leap 15.2, the classic stable
distribution of openSUSE following a regular release cycle.

For the first time we ship two award-winning, free/libre medical applications
packaged for Leap: GNU Health 3.6 and Othanc 1.7 series, both interfaced with
each other!

We have released two screencasts to show how to set-up the system:
