[Health] MyGNUHealth 1.0 ready to download

As you may have read in our official announcement
(https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/health-announce/2021-06/msg00000.html),
the first stable official version of MyGH is out!

For those of you who have pacakged MyGNUHealth in a specific operating
system, please let us know on this thread.

MyGNUHealth is the Personal Health Record for libre desktop and mobile
devices, part of the GNU Health ecosystem, an official GNU package.

MyGH is integrated with the GNU Health Federation, so the GH Hospital
Information System and MyGH can interact through Thalamus.
